Current Issues Involving Veterans

The Senate version of the FY 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) includes a critical provision aimed at supporting military families, addressing the challenges faced by military spouses in licensed or credentialed professions when they relocate across state lines.

TRICARE For Life (TFL) beneficiaries should be on the lookout for fake text messages claiming their health care benefit will expire, according to a recent warning from the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

Due to an increased shortage of qualified trade workers, there is a high demand for apprentice-level and skilled labor positions. Learning a trade or doing an apprenticeship is an excellent option for veterans.

If you’re a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, you may have access to educational benefits through the GI Bill and similar programs.
